At first, I thought it was because of Haruki Murakami.
I thought that since so many lifestyle habits had been ingrained in me from Murakami, jazz was just one of them. It reminded me of listening to a jam session at a historic jazz club in Budapest. It was the memory of a jam session I heard at a jazz club on a Tuesday night in a rural village in Norway.
That is how I started jazz.
To help you understand the personal biases that will likely be reflected quite subjectively, here is an explanation of my personal information or experiences.
First, I am a man in my early 30s (in 2024), a demographic that could probably be found in about 300,000 people in South Korea. I work as an engineer. Already in my seventh year… Although my role has changed a few times in between, I am an engineer who will likely continue to work with numbers and data in the future. My strength is my communication skills, and my weakness is my digesting ability. I have many interests: reading, futsal, traveling abroad, running, whiskey, collecting Vinyl, studying languages, and so on. P.S. In the following posts, the definition of whether this song is jazz will be determined by personal judgment, but I begin this story hoping that it will serve as a page where you can obtain some necessary information or take a brief break.
